Chlorophylle is looking for an Assistant in the Repair and Warranty Service to complete their team in Chicoutimi.

Job Information :

Start date: Immediate

Main tasks :

• Follow up on customer requests on product warranties by responding to customers and store personnel (by phone and by email).
• Evaluation and inspection of customer returns before and after repair.
• Perform minor repairs (replace press studs, eyelets, buttons and sliders)
• Forward garments to be repaired to seamstresses while providing information on the work to be done.
• Complete customer files by returning packages.

Skills and software knowledge required :

• Be comfortable with computers and know Microsoft Outlook.
• Master the techniques involved in garment construction.
• Be outgoing.
• Express yourself easily and have good written and spoken French.
• Be comfortable working on several files simultaneously.
